OUR RECIPE
Preparation
Breaddough (to be prepared the day before and floured to be spreaded) :
- Bread yeast
- Flour
- Eggs
- Salt

Preparing the mixture:
- Mix 15cl of fresh cream cheese, 5cl of fresh cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Cut the lardoons in small pieces.

Mince the onions.

Spread the dough, put the mixture on it, add the lardoons and onions and put it in the oven.
Cooking process
Oven at 300°C, cook for 7 minutes and savour.

If you want you can add grated Gruyère cheese to be gratinated.

You can cuti t in small pieces and have it as an aperitif with friends, with a good Kanterbrau beer or Picon beer, a glass of alsacian Edelzvicker wine.
